Chick Fil A Gift Card Balance Check options
- Check your receipt. When you use a Chick-fil-A gift card to pay for a buy, the balance will print out at the bottom of the Chick-fil-A receipt.
- Call 1-888-232-1864. This is the number for Chick-fil-A Gift Card Customer help. When you call, you must provide the gift card number and the PIN (if there is one).
- Visit a Chick-fil-A Restaurant. You can ask a team member at any Chick-fil-A restaurant to check the balance of your gift card.
If you have uploaded* your Chick-fil-A™ eGift Card or Chick-fil-A™ Gift Card to your Chick-fil-A One account, you can view the balance either online or on the Chick-fil-A App:
- Select “Account” then “Manage Payment Methods”.
- Your Gift Card balance will be listed below the Chick-fil-A One® Card.

*When the balance of a Chick-fil-A physical or eGift card is successfully transferred onto the Chick-fil-A mobile App, the card balance is only accessible via the Chick-fil-A One Digital Gift Card on the Chick-fil-A App, and the balance no longer exists on the original physical or eGift card.
What is the Chick-fil-A One Card?
The Chick-fil-A One Card is an electronic gift card available through the Chick-fil-A App. The Chick-fil-A One Card balances come from and are exclusively the responsibility of CFA Servco, Inc.
You can buy or replenish your Chick-fil-A One-Card balances via the Chick-fil-A App or transfer existing eGift Cards from Chick-fil-A or balances of the Chick-fil-A Gift Card through the application.
The funds in the Chick-fil-A One Card cannot be redeemed in cash unless otherwise permitted by law. They are only available to buy beverages, food or other merchandise at any Chick-fil-A store that is a participating location.
You can request the transfer of the balance of your Chick-fil-A One Card to an eGift card from Chick-fil-A or a Chick-fil-A Gift Card by calling Chick-fil-A CARES at 1-866-232-2040.
Where can I purchase a Chick-fil-A gift card?
Gift cards from Chick-fil-A can be purchased in any amount ranging from $5 to $100 at all Chick-fil-A restaurant locations. Find your closest restaurant through click here. Check out the pages on Gift Card pages for more information.
There is also the option of purchasing Chick-fil-A gift cards at all of the stores you shop at all day, such as pharmacies, grocery stores, and other major retailers.
Be aware that most Chick-fil-A Express and locations licensed by Chick-fil-A, like music venues, airports, baseball fields or universities, do not offer gift cards. They are the only ones that allow a few gift cards to be redeemed.
Please note that Chick-fil-A is not associated with other websites that purchase or sell gift cards from Chick-fil-A at a discount.
The selling of Chick-fil-A gift cards on third-party websites (other than those operated by retailers that have been approved) is not permitted, as Chick-fil-A restaurants will not accept cards purchased through non-approved third-party websites.
Is my gift card reusable/reloadable?
You can add funds to an existing Chick-fil-A(tm) Card. You can also add funds to a Gift Card purchased at a Chick-fil-A restaurant anytime by going to the location.
You can also purchase additional gift card money directly from the Chick-fil-A app. EGift Cards, as well as Gift Cards purchased from third-party authorized retailers, cannot be reloaded.
Do gift cards expire or carry fees?
No. Chick-fil-A Gift Cards and Chick-fil-A eGift Cards do not have an expiration date or carry fees.
Where can I use my Chick-fil-A Gift Card?
Chick-fil-A Gift Cards, as well as Chick-fil-A Gift Cards (including gift cards that are transferred to the Chick-fil-A (App), can be used for the purchase of drinks and food at participating Chick-fil-A restaurants.
The Gift Card and the eGift cards can also be added to the app of Chick-fil-A. The Gift Card and the eGift Card are not accepted at all Chick-fil-A Express or Chick-fil-A-licensed places (such as airports, colleges, campuses, offices, hospitals, etc.)
Gift Cards can be used at participating restaurants of Chick-fil-A located in Canada or the United States, depending on the country where the card was bought and as stated on the reverse of the card.
Currently, Chick-fil-A gift cards are not redeemable at locations of restaurants within Puerto Rico, even if purchased in the United States.
We are currently working on redemption capabilities to ensure that U.S. gift cards can also be used at our restaurants in Puerto Rico.
eGift Cards are valid at participating Chick-fil-A restaurants located in the U.S. only.
Are gift cards refundable?
Chick-fil-A Gift Cards and electronic gift cards are not refundable, and the gift card transactions are final. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash unless required by law due to the compliance of the laws of both states and federal law governing the issue and sale of gift cards and only to the extent permitted by law. What is the difference between a Chick-fil-A Gift Card and a Chick-fil-A eGift Card?
A Chick-fil-A eGift Card will be a gift card that is digital or virtual that is sent via email, instead of the Chick-fil-A Gift Card, which is a physical (plastic or paper) gift card.
The balances of both cards can be transferred onto a Chick-fil-A One Card using the Chick-fil-A App to redeem or in person at a participating establishment for purchases of beverages, food or other merchandise.
Each card is issued by and exclusively the responsibility of CFA Servco, Inc.
Can I get cash back from my Chick-fil-A Gift Card or Chick-fil-A eGift Card?
Chick-fil-A Gift Cards and electronic gift cards cannot be redeemed in cash except as permitted by law to comply with state and federal laws governing the sale and issuance of gift cards and only to the extent permitted by law.
You can qualify for cash back if the most recent redemption transaction you made on the gift card was at a restaurant Chick-fil-A in a state with a requirement for cash back on small balances of gift cards, and the balance remaining on your account meets the state’s requirements.
If you can receive cashback, ask for it in the restaurant where you made the redemption or at a different Chick-fil-A restaurant that is a state member.
You can also print the Chick-fil-A Cash Back Form for Gift Card cashback form and send the completed form along with your gift card with the information listed on the form.
How do I replace a lost, stolen or inactive Chick-fil-A gift card?
To determine if your stolen, lost or inactive Chick-fil-A gift card can be replaced, you will require the sales and activation receipts (copies or pictures are acceptable). Are there discounts on bulk purchases of Chick-fil-A gift cards?
Unfortunately, Chick-fil-A does not provide discounts on bulk gift card purchases. Please complete the Bulk Order Registration Form to place Bulk orders for Chick-fil-A gift cards. Multiple cards can also be purchased between $5.00 and $100.00 at participating Chick-fil-A restaurants.
How do I transfer a gift card onto the Chick-fil-A App?
If you would like to transfer a gift card onto the Chick-fil-A App, follow the steps below:
- Open the Chick-fil-A App.
- Choose “Scan” at the bottom of the home screen.
- Click the “Add Funds” button below the QR code.
- Select the option to “Transfer a gift card” at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter the gift card number and PIN.
Does Chick-fil-A, Inc. offer braille gift cards?
